Unipower India placed a repeat order for compact CNC transformer core cutting machine Unipower Transformers Pvt. Ltd. has purchased one JN-5003C compact CNC transformer core cutting machine from our Nantong Zhenhuan Trade Co., Ltd. since this April.

Our compact CNC transformer core cutting machine is developped by ourselves, with similar technology to Georg swing shear cutting machine. It has online V notching, O punching and swing shear for mitred core cutting. It has max. 8 step-lap function and also suitable for cutting center limbs full automatically. Its average cutting speed can be 25~40 pieces per minute!

This CNC transformer core cut to length line is in very compact structure, whole line is only about 10~12m long. So it is suitable for small workshop.

Unipower purchased machine is for max. silicon steel strip width 500mm. We delivered this CRGO core cutting machine within 30 days. Unipower is very satisfied with this machine and now they order a new machine again.
