Copper Welding Machine

There are different kind of copper welding machines for transformer production, hand holding type, screw-rod elevating type and motorized elevating type.

1. Hand holding type copper welding machine

Description:

This machine is for welding small section copper wires. Welding torch is hand clamp type, with 2m long cable.

The workpiece surface is heated evenly, no naked flame, very slight oxidation; Quick heating speed, good welding result and efficiency.

Control voltage is only 36V, safe and reliable.

The main welding machine is equipped with wheels, movable for convenient welding purpose.

2. Screw-rod elevating type copper welding machine

Description:
The height of welding torch is adjusted via screw rod by manually rotating hand wheel. The torch can rotate both on plane and vertical. So it is especially suitable for copper welding during transformer body assembling and repairing.

Max. height of welding torch to ground is 1300mm.

Min. height of welding torch to ground is 150mm.

Arm of welding torch can be rotated on plane 180 degree.

Welding torch can rotate 360 degree vertically.

Clamping method of welding torch to workpiece is of hand wheel plus screw rod.

3. Motorized elevating type copper welding machine

Description:
The welding torch is elevated by a towing motor, controlled manually, very convenient. The torch can rotate both on plane and vertical. So it is especially suitable for copper welding during transformer body assembling and repairing.

Max. height of welding torch to ground is 1600mm.

Arm of welding torch can stretch out 200mm more and can rotate on plane 90 degree.

Clamping method of welding torch to workpiece is of hand wheel plus screw rod.
