Transformer center limb cutting machine

I Description

This machine is designed special for cutting center limbs of transformer core.

This machine is PLC control, touch screen operation, full automatic.

This machine adopts specially designed motorized cutting device, good stability and high speed, e.g., when core lamination length 200~400mm, one minute can cut 38 pieces.

- Feeding roller material: special tool steel in high hardness

2.3 Cutting device (two V-shape heads)
- High speed cutting, 50-100 times per minute
- Cut-to-length tolerance: +/-0.2mm
- Cutting motor power: 2kW x 2
- Cutting blade: high hardness ceramal steel imported from Germany, life more than 5000,000 times before grinding

2.4 Run-out table: prepared by Buyer, for collecting cut pieces

- Quantity, length, speed, lamination shape, can be pre-set on the touch screen
