This is a high automation machine. Original position of winding unit, foil movement, total turns, sectional turns in 25 sections, rectifying precision, deceleration speed, etc., can be preset on big size 10.4” touch screen.

- Special pneumatic + mechanic tensioning device for foil pay-off
- Special burr-removing structure (one fixed bottom cylinder + two width adjustable top cylinders), pneumatic pressure adjustable, perfect burr-revmoving result
- Tension of interlaminar insulation is pneumatic adjustable and displayed by valve meters; Interlaminar insulations will be covered by organic glass shield for dust-proof purpose.
- Convenient argon welding system
- Phototube sensor rectifying foil pay-off transversely moving on linear guide, sensitive & high precision
- Whole body of welding unit is movable on linear guide and driven by servo motor & ball screw, high rectifying precision
