This machine is special designed for winding toroidal coils and wrapping insulation tapes simultaneously.
There are two kind of configurations, one is single-panel structure, usually YWB-400 & YWB-600 adopts this structure; Another is double-panel structure, all codes can adopt this structure.
II Main features:
-PLC control, touch screen operation
- Double-panel structure machine adopts pneumatic tensioning; single-panel structure machine adopts mechanical tensioning.
- Pneumatic tension on touch screen
- Double-panel structure machine has wire reversing function; When find winding is not good, wire can be reversed into an accumulating magazine.
- Turn can be counted reversely (double-panel structure)
- For machines in double-panel structure, winding ring and accumulating magazine have their separate driving system
- Inner supporting wheel and drive of shutter are made by high anti-resistant non-metal material, no metal chips damage dangers to insulation
- Can be two wires parallel wound
