I Description of CNC self supporting air coil winder
A stand alone fully automatic system for winding self supporting air coils using wire coated with thermo-plastic adhesive. The wire is heated by the hot air supply as it is wound onto the coil, and the turns are bonded together by the adhesive. The finished coil is removed from the tooling and automatically ejected from the machine.
Applications include: RFID coils. laser heads, voice coils, magnet coils, sensor coils, vibrator coils and pancake motor coils.
