CNC router for insulation parts

Description
This CNC machine center is specially designed for processing transformer purpose insulation parts from different kind of plywood, laminated wood plates, laminated paper plates, epoxy plates, etc.
This machine combines cutting, notching, engraving, drilling and milling together.
Performance features
- This machine is of full-steel structure. The body frame is analyzed and designed by FEA. The frame is stress-released before being processed.
- Full automatic lubricating
- Main key parts are world famous brands, such as Japanese Yaskawa AC servo system, Italian automatic blade-changing spindle.
- Imported linear guide for X and Y axes; Y axial is transmitted by high precision gear & rack, high speed; X and Z axis are transmitted by high precision ball screw.
- Vacuum adsorbing worktable with pneumatic cycling system which makes air consumption very less.
- Special tools for insulation processing, imported rigid alloy, smooth processed sections without burr.
- Big capacity dust collecting system, collecting pipe diameter 200mm
- Adopts coolant spraying system to cool the tools and workpieces
