Continuous extruding machine

Principle:
MFCCE series adopts advanced technology in the world, continuously feeding rod type blank material into a revolving squeezing wheel with groove. In the fixed groove, a sufficient temperature is generated by enormous force of friction and extrusion which make the material re-crystallized. And then material will be extruded and formed out of special dies. Thus various aluminum/copper profiles will be produced continuously.

Usage:
For producing various copper flat wire, copper bar, copper busbar, copper rod; aluminum flat wire, aluminum round pipe, aluminum flat pipe with holes, etc.
